Xellos' Disqualification and Overall Ban from the House
Reason for Xellos getting disqualified from the HOB HB Title Tournament.
Based on the videos that were submitted by Xellos for the speed run and of course the DPS battle video rule, we have noticed that there was something wrong with it.
1. He has 100% quickdraw chance if you watch closely after using attacking skills. Specifically after using his burst impact dragon tooth combo.
Quick draw trigger rate is only 30% after all, right?
But what if it triggers 6 times in a row? He uses 3 impact dt combos at the end and gets qd proc every single time. The chance of 1 happening is 0.3 or 30%, but the chance of 6 in a row falls to a meagre 729 times out of 1000000. If he didn't try thousands times for a vid, must be the luckiest guy out there. Even still, repeating that in 7 videos? Just wow you can judge for yourself.
2. 100% critical chance and no grazing in any of these high difficulty bosses which is quite weird considering that HB has very low HIT stat. Here is an explanation of that, the used boss for this explanation will be based off his Crystal Titan runs.
So here's the numbers. Titan ulti FLEE is 666
He's a mf hb which has laughable HIT but let's assume for example basis that it's 300 just for the sake of calculating. And with 300 hit, 300mp dt (after impact) (yes, mp cost of skills affect your HIT and Graze probability) the chance of you not grazing is basically -126. Not even a positive number or a fraction. Literally no chance of ever crit without graze.
The reason he has given is that it is a trick from the use of certain buffs that will trigger a hidden effect of mod-like features. How many tricks and hidden effects are there in Toram? You've all played Toram for quite a long time, how many such tricks (specifically those that give mod like features) have you seen till date? Do any of you have tricks that only you know and literally nobody else does? No buff has hidden effects. They only do what's written. Sometimes the gelatin stuff have no written info but that's just Toram being shady, and is revealed by icons. What he's saying simply isn't feasible.
And for these reasons we the jury of this Tournament have decided that it is for the best that Xellos be disqualified. Whether it is a mod or it is a "trick" just as he says it is, we here in the HOB community try our best to keep everything fair for one another to enjoy these DPS battles. We have therefore decided that the use of mods or "tricks" with mod-like features is unfair for everyone in this community and the entire Toram community.
Whether it is a "trick" or a mod we leave the decision to you people entirely. Maybe you know how to do it, maybe you do not. Either way the use of it is not allowed in the House of Bets.
