Cutting the cake on your wedding day.
In advance Plan with your DJ and have your details straight.
Cake Cutting happens 20 minutes into dinner.
DJ will Check with coordinator first.
Move cake to center of dance floor .
Rotate for best viewing and best photo ( ask Photographer ).
DJ make sure: 2 plates, 2 forks, cutting knife, serving knife.
Ask photo and video where they want to stand – 10:00 – 2:00
Ask married couple if they are ready
Explain the process: cutting knife, 3 cuts, then serving knife.
Explain how to cut and remove each piece of cake
We cut, cut, feed, feed, kiss, kiss. Ladies before gentlemen
I ask all people with cameras and camera phones please come up close
They are all uploading to facebook, Pinterest and Instagram
Please do the feeding in slow motion so we can all be sure to get a photo of it
