Testing is conducted using an electronic dynamometer, which records maximum force in static mode at the most typical armwrestling working points (for each anatomical movement).
Based on the measurement results, it is possible to:
💪🏻identify weaknesses by comparing them with the model characteristics of athletes of various skill levels;
💪🏻determine predisposition to a particular technique;
💪🏻track progress.
The testing methodology was developed by I.A. Matyushenko in collaboration with A.V. Antonov (👨🎓 2016 at the State Central Institute of Physical Education and Sport).
