LG G Pro 2 MWC unveiling hinted by Korean media - TechVooz
On February 25 last year we were on the MWC show floor shooting a hands-on and comparison video starring the LG Optimus G Pro (back then the Optimus name was still used by LG), which makes this phone now officially close to one-year-old, and due for a refresh. And a refresh is exactly what the latest rumors from Korea are talking about.
Citing sources from the industry, ETNews hints that the G Pro 2 will make its appearance in Barcelona, with specs putting it very close to its direct competitor, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 from IFA 2013. The report talks about a six-inch Full HD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 3GB of RAM, and Android 4.4 KitKat on-board, alongside LTE and LTE-A capabilities. There's no word on other specifics, like finally the addition of a pointing device like the S-Pen (or maintaining the same concept that allows you to use your finger for certain tasks), battery, or exact date, but we'll be at MWC to cover it should it make its appearance.
