T-roy & I do a competition style ribs experiment. Does spritzing matter? 3 racks of bbq spare ribs which we smoke side by side in the Lone Star Grillz horizontal offset smoker. No spritz vs cider vinegar & Apple juice vs cranberry & apple juice.
It's always fun smoking BBQ with Troy and this time was no exception. Go check out his channel. He cooked a brisket on the Lone Star Grillz offset right beside my spare ribs and that video is coming today as well.
The goal of this video is to help answer the question "Should I spritz ribs?" and if so "What should I use to spritz my ribs?"
