Welcome to Arkham City, after the incident on Arkham Asylum a new super prison was needed to be built for prisoners and asylum inmates. The Solution?, cut out a piece of Gotham and enclose it leaving the inmates to fend for themselves and each other. A Plot within the City that may prove to be a danger to Gotham is lurking, so Batman infiltrates in order to stop whatever may be the cause.
