Best cutting board- steel, wood or plastic?
Stainless steel is cheapest and safest to use for cooking. Also they can be used for preparing before actual cooking such as cutting/chopping, draining,mixing etc. Wood or plastic are the material that comes first into mind when we think of chopping or cutting board. But not anymore..
