Rapid simulation of multiple design iterations with Coreform IGA
Coreform’s Greg Vernon demonstrates the speed and accuracy of Coreform IGA to evaluate multiple design iterations, directly on the CAD geometry. Using publicly available CAD files from the famous GE aircraft engine bracket challenge, hosted on GrabCAD, we show how through Coreform IGA, remeshing is not required to explore different design iterations. Greg also shows how new enhancements in Coreform Cubit enable an easier workflow to set up and run simulations using Coreform IGA.
