In this video, we'll take a look at 6 of the 12 guidelines proposed by Douglas W. Cromey in his paper entitled, "Avoiding Twisted Pixels: Ethical Guidelines for the Appropriate Use and Manipulation of Scientific Digital Images" (reference below). I'll go through each guideline and give specific examples and explanations for each. If you like what you see here (or even if you don't, really), I highly recommend reading the paper.
