After a mix up of the term "Biker," Oliver joins Joel on a special trip to Ken's Bike and Surf in sunny Davis, California, and with a special lesson in Bike Safety with shop owner Kenny, Oliver is ready to take to the streets as his alter ego, THE PURPLE FLASH. Just in time too, since he needs to help Joel with a concert being held downtown. Join us on this wonderful, fun adventure with an action packed animated cartoon at the end.
