00:00 - Intro
00:10 - Before performing maintenance put on safety glasses and gloves
QUATERLY MAINTENANCE
00:16 - 1. First disconnect the unit or turn it off at the service panel and open the unit door by pulling on the door retaining tabs.
00:36 - For units installed overhead, always hold the recovery core when unlatching it.
00:47 - 2. While holding the core, push the recovery core tabs and slide the core out. 3. Remove the filters on the recovery core; wash the filters, rinse and let them dry. Then reinstall.
1:15 - 4. Then slide the recovery core back into the unit. Close the door, latch the door and restore power
1:43 - 5. Clean and remove any debris from the exterior vents
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE
1:52 - 1. Repeat Steps 1 through 5 from the quarterly maintenance.
1:58 - 2. Using a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment; remove any debris on all sides of the recovery core
2:12 - 3.With a vacuum or dry cloth clean the interior surfaces of the unit
2:16 - 4. Then slide the recovery core back into the unit. Close the door, latch the door and restore power
