How To Make Strawberry Wine
A simple video to show you how I make a one gallon batch of strawberry wine. The music is Royalty free from Youtube.
My recipe is:
at least 3 lbs of fruit for one gallon ( up to 5 lbs)
1 tsp. yeast nutrient
1/4 tsp acid blend
1/2 tsp wine tannin ( optional)
1/2 tsp pectic enzyme
1 to 2 lbs of sugar per gallon
wine yeast of your choice.
