Rome are an interesting civilization. Their unique ability to boost production when making buildings already built in the capital can be great for rescuing low production expands or getting captured cities up to speed.
The Legion is an excellent unit, able to make your roads for you, but is sadly outclassed by Deity AIs because of their crazy tech bonuses.
Ballistas are okay, but if you're going to build a catapult you really want the city killing power.
The game yields 5 city Tradition lands, so we take the opportunity to go 5 before National College and demonstrate how it should be done! We also take the opportunity to kill Denmark and claim Harald's land for ourselves!
