Who Is Pholo? (DOCUMENTARY)
They say that with enough pressure you can turn a piece of coal into a diamond.
And while Heanor Town’s coal mine shut down in 1970. It had enough time to produce and shape the producer and DJ Pholo years later.
Pholo would begin producing house music under his real name (Nathan Dalton) at fifteen years old. Going on to sign to music A&R Aaron Ross’ management label “Infinite Future Management” at sixteen alongside fellow house DJ Jonas Blue.
Then going on to produce bass line, grime & trap inspired instrumentals under Pholo at eighteen after being inspired by the work of Dark0, MssingNo, Evian Christ & Yung Lean along with the influence of the UK’s northern bass line scene surrounding him.
In his twelve year career. Pholo has released six EPs & 28 singles. DJd for Lil Peep & Bexey, produced for BABii & toured across three continents.
