79cc Modifications for a Boat Compressor
Sometimes the stock engine lacks a little power to run a piece of equipment. Our customer uses this 79cc engine to run compressor on his boat and says while under full load the engine seems to struggle. Space constraints prevent him from stepping up to a 212cc so we modified the 79cc. Upgrades from our inventory include:
high flow air filter p/n 18500
air filter adapter p/n 10640
stainless exhaust that we modified to be shorter and narrower p/n 12170
larger main jet in carb p/n 12200
milled cylinder head .050" - shop labor
These modifications definitely wake up the mighty little Predator and give it that extra power it needs to run the compressor.
