Instructions to use QuickTechie

1. Login to https://interview.quicktechie.com/ (Use any gmail or google authorized account)
2. Once you login, you have to chose persona. At the first place use Recruiter.
3. Now click on "Dashboard" button.
4. Step-1: Go to Manage Job and Create a Job by clicking "Add New Job" and fille detail as per form. (Job description is important).
5. Step-2: Manage Candidate: Add new candidate, Upload Resume, it should populate Named Entity, if not then you need to fill in. And Assign Jobs (Important, candidate will be evaluated against this job).
6. Step-3: Resume Evaluation Screen: Select Job for which you want to resume screening, click screen button for candidate resume screening against the selected job. And Screen Report should give full report.
7. Step-4: Interview Central : Select a Job and filter candidate by email id. You can add upto 10 different Interview rounds. Click "Add Interview Round"
Now being a recruiter you can send email to candidate with Interview Link and Unique Code or you can use Copy Info.
Using link candidate can appear the interview.
You can "Assess Intervie" by clicking button. If candidate has completed interview.
You can download the Pdf report using "Downlaod Assessment Report"
Pdf report should have entire detail for each interview scheduled with candidate.
If browser supports video should also be recorded and recruiter can use "Assess Interview" button to check Video of Candidate while giving interview.
8. Learner: For learner as of now there is one additional feature available. He can create a 50+ pages Interview Preparation Guide, which downloadable, rest all features they can use as recruiter but only for preparation. As their permissions are restricted to some features.
