Testing pack parser and creating a repo from the output.
This uses the code at https://github.com/creationix/git-par... and https://github.com/creationix/git-fs-db and https://github.com/creationix/simple-fs to convert an arbitrary git packfile into a full repo (sans refs of course, those aren't stored in packfiles).
