Mastery Rank 28 , Super easy when done with Nidus. By using a short duration/large range larva build you can pull the enemies in a few times to get them grouped up. Allow them to hit the ground after the larva ball disappears and then hit them with a canister. Just keep an eye on your canister times, do a few practice runs before qualifying and you should be fine. As for weapons your gonna focus on melee so just bring a pole-arm or fast striking sword to make quick work of the enemy. It doesn't need to be done with Nidus but he made it extremely easy imo.
