Fix for Annoyingly slow Edge Browser / Youtube Volume Pop-up control.
This has been bugging me for a while. Your on Windows 10 and trying to watch a Youtube video in Edge Browser, you want to adjust the volume, then miss 5 seconds of the video because the annoyingly slow Volume Pop-up Bar wants to hang around like a paid Advert.
Luckily, you can go back to the Classic and simple Volume Bar that briefly shows you the Volume and vanishes (like it should).
Sometimes a classic setting just doesn't need to be messed with.
The setting in Edge is: edge://flags/
