When trying out a new photo backdrop, you want to make sure that it will work to your advantage in your photography.
I want to make sure that it is easy to use and that it works for my favorite lighting setups. Often this means that it has to be non-reflective. Otherwise, I have to flag and grid my light sources a lot, and my typical light setups would still not work nicely.
Furthermore, is the handling of the backdrop is too complicated, I am not going to use all that much for my photoshoots, so I'd be better off returning it and looking for another backdrop.
I just got an affordable fabric backdrop that ticks all the boxes for me. I want to share with you how I tried it out.
