The BEST Chicken Meatballs You Will EVER have
Hi guys ! Today I’m sharing something special with you all. These chicken meatballs are nestled with Parmesan cheese and caramelized onions and boy are they delicious ! You have to make this and let me know how it goes
INGREDIENTS:
54 oz Ground chicken (3 16 oz packs )
1 1/2 medium onion
1 tbsp better than boullion chicken flavor
Garlic paste
2 large eggs
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp dried parsley
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 pint heavy cream
1/4 cup chopped sun fried tomatoes
2 heaping tbsp Good father garlic & Calabrian chili tomato spread ( tomato paste / pesto works )
