Introduction to FreeCAD's Exploded Assembly workbench
The Exploded Assembly Workbench allows you to animate the disassembly and reassembly of a FreeCAD assembly. This can help understand the order in which components need to be assembled, and can also be used with the TechDraw Workbench to produce construction drawings for use in the workshop.
This video will give you a brief introduction to the Exploded Assembly Workbench and show you how to animate the parts in the assembly. You'll learn how to specify which parts are animated, the direction they are animated, the animation speed, and so on.
