GTA3 Remastered Warp Glitch
I think this glitch may require high framerate because before I recorded it, I was getting it consistently, but when I tried using OBS to record it, it wouldn't happen at all. In the end I got it to work (albeit with less consistency) by recording with Camtasia recorder 2018. So that's why the video is kind of low quality.
