MultiLang Support - get the lang pack from:

choose the lang u want
do next till u find "Browse the file list" click it and look for file
" Microsoft-Windows-Client-LanguagePack-Package-amd64-pt-BR.esd
save it to c:\ and name it 1.esd
Open cmd.exe with admin and run this command:
dism /online /add-package /packagepath:c:\1.esd
