A fun winter craft, you can make these Graham Cracker Gingerbread houses at home with your family and kids! It is so much fun and the frosting makes the sturdiest houses

Royal Frosting/ Icing: You will need 3 large egg whites, ½ tsp. cream of tartar and 1lb. of powdered sugar. Whip for 7 minutes using a handheld mixer. The frosting will start runny but become thick and stiff at the end of 7 minutes.
