Anyone: Using Online Rooms in D2L for Meetings
This video introduces students to how to use the Online Rooms tool in D2L both for online discussions (like we do in our Psychology of Leadership online sections) and to how it can be used for online meetings when you work in virtual teams.
I created it using PanOpto - it's pretty specific to the setup we had at that time but any students wanting to use Online Rooms at UA (and even instructors new to it) may find it helpful.
(For the techies: D2L was in version 10.1, Online Rooms is actually called Blackboard Collaborate outside of our setup, and all of the services featured here are hosted on UA's servers which mean they may work differently than things hosted elsewhere.)
