This project began with Tomita Shiori's declaration at her 29th birthday event, "The 10th Tomita Shiori Birthday LIVE ~Happy Birthday Yay! Born! Boom!~" (at Shibuya WWW), aiming to complete the "10 Things I Want to Do Before I Turn 30."
Following the first part, where she received advice on her mindset for dancing from Urashima-san, a hybrid comedian who also works as a choreographer for commercials, this is the second part, where she finally puts her goals into practice.
