We created this thin and crispy grilled pizza recipe for Cinco de Mayo this year and it is outstandingly delicious, complete with Cool Ranch @doritos @tacobell Hot Sauce and @oldelpaso refried beans! Hope you give it a shot!
You can make whatever adjustments you'd like such as adding salsa, guacamole, fresh tomatoes, onion and more.
This was just our simple take with stuff we had on hand. We used our @greenmountaingrills setup with the @grillgrates Griddles, which makes the perfect deck oven cooking surface on this pellet cooker!
