The Edge in New York is one of the city’s most striking observation decks, located at Hudson Yards on Manhattan’s West Side. Opened in 2020, it rises 1,131 feet above the ground, making it the highest outdoor sky deck in the Western Hemisphere. The platform juts out from the 100th floor and features angled glass walls, giving visitors breathtaking 360° views of the New York skyline, the Hudson River, and beyond. A section of the floor is made of glass, allowing you to look straight down at the streets far below. The Edge has quickly become one of New York’s most thrilling and photogenic attractions, and it connects perfectly with a visit to the nearby High Line.
