Cappella dell'Arca del Santo Padua
As it appears now, the Cappella dell'Arca is a splendid work of the Renaissance, begun in 1500 and completed at the end of the same century.
The site where the basilica was built used to house the small Franciscan convent where Antonio lived and the church of Santa Maria Mater Domini.
