EaseUS Todo Backup 12.0 fails to clone HP i5 Laptop HDD to SSD
Put this video together after I received an email from EaseUS support saying "We can 100% ensure that our Todo Backup software can help you build bootable cloned disk. Please run "CHKDSK /F" and do Defrag on the original system disk, then refer to the instruction in this link to perform another system clone:"
I have seen many other HP users have the same problem. I did find that Macrium Reflect Free will do the job just fine.

received email from EaseUS service saying they know there software cannot handle recovery partitions, but if you send us a screen shot of the partitions we can give you some commands to help it work. --- WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.
