Enhancing the happy porting experience
In this section of the presentation, we showcased our latest upgrades to the Universal Platform, specifically designed to improve the happy porting experience. These updates aim to simplify number migration with a globally compliant, user-friendly process. We’ve rolled out new tools and integrations that make porting smoother and allow customers to order new numbers as easily as they would shop online. We also introduced Voice Configuration Packages to streamline the management of voice settings and routing. A special shoutout goes to our beta customers for their invaluable feedback in helping shape these new features.
