Marbles and Sailboats (My first cel animation)
I made my first ever traditional cel animation. I’d always wanted to try it out. All the imperfections with registration are satisfying to me. I only painted 24 cels, but it’s a loop so you can watch it forever. I did a little pan and scan in post to make it more engaging. Out of all animation mediums I’ve played with, this was one of the most arduous ones. I really like the aesthetic though.
Sound was made with a glockenspiel, synthesizer, and various downloaded sound samples. Sorry about that noisy pyramid.
