There is a bypass in non-duality where we attempt to immediately allow and notice everything, as though all aspects of ourselves are already arising and conscious in awareness. However, if we have emotional repression, a significant part of who we are will remain hidden.
These repressed emotions are designed to stay unconscious, ensuring that we only believe in what is arising in the present moment.
So, if there’s a part of us that wants to “notice and allow immediately,” it is most likely driven by the repression program to protect us from buried emotions. In this way, it keeps us safe from fully being ourselves.
