Fathers and Son [GAY SHORT FILM] LGBT
'Fathers and Son' is a one take short film about Carter, a young teenage father who attempts to steal back his baby from the child's same-sex gay adoptive parents Jason and Andrew. Face to face with his child's new father, Carter is forced to take a meaningful look at what it means to be a parent.
The project was shot on the Canon C100mkii using exclusively practical lights. The whole project was one continuous take and it took 17 attempts to get a take we were happy with (only three made it from begining to end.) It was much more difficult than we thought making a one shot film with a newborn (6-week old) baby.
