"If office-bearers consider themselves servants rather than office-bearers, and every worker considers themselves a servant, and the members of the Community regard the office-bearer as workers appointed by the Khalifa of the Time to run the administration of the Community, then these relationships will always remain as bonds of love and affection. They will give the true message of peace and security to the world under the guidance of the Khalifa of the Time."
