Homestead Quiche
10 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
salt pepper
any seasoning
6 strips bacon cooked chopped
2 cups diced zucchini
1 cup diced yellow squash
2 cups diced tomatoes or 2 large tomatoes sliced
salt to remove some liquid
2 cups shredded cheese
1 onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
1 cup sour cream thin it with a little milk
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Cook veggies in bacon grease
mix together spray 9x13 baking dish
bake 35 to 40 mi utes at 350
