Last Shift (2014)
Last Shift is a psychological horror film that follows rookie police officer Jessica Loren (Juliana Harkavy) on her first assignment—a seemingly simple overnight shift at a decommissioned police station. The department has moved to a new building, and Jessica is tasked with overseeing the old station until a hazmat crew arrives to collect hazardous materials.
As the night progresses, strange and terrifying occurrences begin to unfold. Mysterious noises, unsettling visions, and unexplained events suggest that something sinister haunts the station. Jessica soon discovers that the building is connected to the violent deaths of the members of a Manson-like cult led by John Michael Paymon. The cultists had died a year prior in a mass suicide but seem to be reaching out from beyond the grave.
As her fear intensifies and reality blurs, Jessica is trapped in a nightmarish battle between supernatural forces and her own sanity. What was supposed to be a routine shift turns into a horrifying fight for survival, as she uncovers the terrifying truth behind the station’s dark past.
