PhysEd Focus: Jump Warm Up Challenge
Challenge your students physically and mentally with this directional warm up. Students try to make their feet match the feet on the screen. They must turn left, right, forward and backward as well as use one foot or two feet. Older students can be challenged to focus on whether the right foot or left foot should be touching the group on the screens with one foot.
