Nash Bridges - Evan Dies ("Jackpot, Part 2")
After becoming a born-again Christian, Evan Cortez (Jaime P. Gomez) had gotten back everything that he had lost - his job, his vehicle, and more importantly, his girlfriend, Cassidy Bridges (Jodi Lyn O'Keefe). While in Las Vegas working undercover with Nash (Don Johnson) and the SIU, Cassidy surprises him in his hotel room to ask him to elope, which he accepts. While undercover, Roy McNair (Silas Weir Mitchell), the assassin of the San Francisco Chief of Police, is spotted by Evan and Harvey (Jeff Perry), who give chase. Evan chases McNair into a freezer where McNair shoots him. Nash is undercover as Teddy Malone when he gets the call from Harvey that Evan had passed away.
