Downgrade ur GTA IV to 1.0.8.0 in order to fix ur Infinitely Loading Screen and Save Game Bug

Encountering:
While Playing GTA IV sometimes there can be a Camera Shake Bug due Box86/64 could be, i tried playing it on Cafe PC with this file, no camera shake bug
it'll be gone i tried playing this on hour on Winlator, no bug was found
