The Devizes Half Marathon 2016 - Pacing
I love this race - It was so much fun pacing this to finish at 1:45. We were all asked to pace slightly fast than the finishing time, so i came in at 1:44:44 on the Garmin. Everyone did so well to finish.
I loved Devizes as this race is quaint but so friendly, with the amount of people about there was friendly chatty feel to the whole event. Was great to talk to people who were tracing me and i felt really good contributing to their successes. I reckon every runner should pace a race in their running career.
The Course was fun, estimating time needed for the hills was fun. Other than that it's a beautiful run and well organized. Bottled water was a bonus.
