Turning Clouds Into Mountains with 3D in Photoshop | Speed Art
This poster was made using the Photoshop 3D tools to turn clouds into mountains! Basically, I used the clouds filter and a gradient and played with the tonal range and colours until I got the look I was after. I wanted the 3D effect to look like mountains. The red and orange colours made the mountains look like they were on fire. After the mountains were done, I added a photograph on top that made things look really cool.
Do you like the addition of the photo or would you have preferred to just have the abstract mountain effect? I like it both ways I think.
