NY EZ Pass lawyer - have your suspended registration under VTL 512 caused by unpaid EZ Pass lifted
When you owe tolls to EZ Pass ( to either the MTA, Port Authority, or NYS Thruway Authority), and you have a NY registration, the tolling authority has the NYS DMV suspend your vehicle registration. Often times your vehicle is towed and you are hauled into court charged with the crime of driving a vehicle whose registration is suspended, NY VTL 512. This is a nightmare for people.
