INGREDIENTS:
2 medium size potato
Grate the potatoes
Wash with water
Squeeze well
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder to taste
All purpose flour 1 cup
1 egg
Mix well
Fry until gold brown
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
