Seasoning: 1 Tbsp Fish sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp chicken bouillon, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 Tbsp neutral oil, 1/3 tsp MSG (optional)
Egg topping: 2 egg yolks + 1 tsp annoto oil (optional)
