In this video, we are going to discuss "Bit-wise Shift Operators in Java".

These operators are used to perform shifting operations on particular binary bits of integer numbers in Java.
Shifting operations on bits can be done either from right direction or left direction.
While working with signed integers, we should be cautious of the sign bit. Because after the shifting process, empty bits position is filled up by the sign bit of the number.

Also in "Zero-Fill Right Shift Operator", the sign bit is not considered as the empty positions are always filled by zeros.

Bitwise compound assignment operators are to perform bitwise as well as assignment operation in a single iteration. Also by using bitwise assignment operator, our code looks cleaner and professional.

Thanks for watching & stay tuned.
