Alive
Well, that's it: my second radiation treatment in Germany is over. Let me remind you: radiation is only given once in a lifetime – twice, just to try to freeze the tumor as much as possible. In my case, after two years, I had another chance, only this time for my whole head... Thanks to everyone who helped me with this – first and foremost, my Romashka, my friends, and everyone who was involved. Those will be separate stories.
Then something will happen that I could never have expected. Even though I was pushing myself away many times a day – whether with pills or tears – the moment will come when I'll remember the most important person during the radiation treatment, and thankfully, everything will be fine! It's already fine, even though continuing my education and chemotherapy is still very much in question...
I'm not ashamed of this video. It's two months of crying to move on. We finished it. We're moving on. And this radiation will be no less valuable than the treatment itself...
