Ingredients:
Dough:
↝ Flour, 200 g
↝ Warm water, 125 ml
↝ Dry yeast, 1/2 tsp
↝ Sugar, 1/2 tsp
↝ Salt, a pinch
↝ Olive oil, 2 tbsp
Dough preparation: • ЛЕГКАЯ ПИЦЦА С ХРУСТЯЩЕЙ КОРОЧКОЙ
Sauce:
↝ Tomatoes in their own juice
↝ Onion, optional
↝ Garlic
↝ Sugar and salt to taste
↝ Italian herbs
Filling:
↝ Parmesan, 100 g
↝ Emmental, 100 g
↝ Mozzarella, 100 g
↝ Dor Blue or Gorgonzola, 50-100 g
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees
