SNK VH-Pre Studio Preamp - In a mix
I've been debating on grabbing this preamp for sometime. It was a limited run of 10 and looks like mine (#12) was the last one available and is no longer listed on the SNK site. This is based on the Ampeg VH-140C which I use to have in the 90s until it caught fire sometime in 2002 ish. I would say this thing nails those VH140C solid state tones pretty good. Ironically I boosted it with a Fortin modded SiB! Cuda pedal that has a 12ax7 in it So tube boosting solid state lol. Enjoy! 🤘
